High Strain Dynamic Detector Induatrial Reflected Wave Pile Tester

High strain pile integrity testing is a detection method to determine the vertical compressive bearing capacity and integrity of a single pile. In the experiment, a heavy hammer is used to impact the pile top, and the velocity and force time history curves of the pile top are measured and analyzed by wave theory.

The main detection methods include waveform fitting method, CAPWAPC method, Case method, wave equation method, etc

Main Features:

1. An integrated sunlight-readable display providing better display effect than the latest mobile phone is used, which is unique and unprecedented in the industry.

2. The equipment is equipped with full overlay display function, providing more visualized observation of the consistency and stability of the signal.

3. Low-strain RS mode and PIT mode are operable on the same machine.

4. Split-screen display of the velocity, displacement, strain, velocity/displacement and Case curve clearly shows the change of each signal.

5. Single blow mode, consecutive blow mode and monitoring mode are realized automatically, and the deformation of the strain transducer is monitored in real time.

6. The velocity of pile driving is up to 100 blows per minute.

7. The performance of Case analysis and the display of the F-ZV curve and traveling wave curve are realized on the spot.

8. 24-bit high-precision and low-noise ADC with built-in digital filter is used, achieving high SNR, high reliability and low noise.

9. Instead of a touch pen, the capacitive touch screen is used to facilitate the operation, which is more suitable for the operator.

10. Data is stored in memory and backed up in a SD card, achieving mass data storage and improving safety and reliability.

11. Aluminum-magnesium alloy enclosure and imported connectors are used, making the whole machine stronger and more jam-proof.

12. Built-in lithium batteries providing DC power supply for more than 8 hours are used.

13. The field data acquired is uploaded in real time via Bluetooth.
